Knut Meyn has a background as graphics designer, beginning in the late 1980s, when computer graphics became a standard. Later he worked as a radio talkshow host and journalist.

A career shift led him into IT and IT Services, first in IT support, then over to systems & platform administration, later IT systems management, architecture and advisory services, plus miscellaneous other roles.

During the first half of of the 1990s internet was about to become a “thing” in Norway. Knut’s combined interests and background with regards to content, content presentation and web services later also included Search Engine Optimization (SEO),

Hobbies & leisure

2015 marked a return to motorcycles and motorcycle riding after 32 years of absence. Over the course of the past decade, Knut has travelled around in, and across, Europe as well as Scandinavia on two wheels.

These adventures largely contributed to the making of the motorcycle part of the homepage. To share tips and experiences, routes or places to stay. Which is why this site is filled with motorcycle travel blogs and thousands of images. Additionally, Knut is a hobby musician and keyboard player, who in the past made music for radio, TV and theatre. He started early to use computers and digital sequencing for making music.

Other information

Knut Meyn’s interest in photography dates back to the 1970s, an interest that came in handy as internet made its entrance. When starting to travel on a motorcycle that interest once again turned out useful.
